Pasta with garlic butter caper sauce

A light and springy dish, ready in 20 minutes, great in its delicious simplicity!

Ingredients:

  • 200g (6oz) of Cooked Pasta
  • 3-4 table spoons Nestos Capers
  • 2 table spoons butter
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken brothjuice
  • 1/2 lemon
     

Preparation:

Melt 1 tbl spoon of butter in a large skillet, add the garlic and saute until golden-brown. Add the wine and shimmer until reduced by half. Next pour in the skillet the chicken broth, lemon and add the Capers. Turn the heat to high, and boil until reduced by half. Add another tbl spoon of butter at the end to finish the sauce. Once served, top with fresh herbs and pepper.
