Crostini with Roasted Red Peppers & Feta Cheese

Delicious and beautifyl! An easy Italian appetizer with a Greek twist!


  • 1 jar of Nestos Roasted Peppers
  • Crostini
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano
  • 250g (9oz) Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek YOgurt
  • 1 Garlic clove, pressed
  • Chopped Basil


In a bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Add the Roasted Peppers and mix well.In another bowl, mash the Feta cheese with the Greek Yogurt and garlic until smooth, and add the basil at the end.To serve, spread some cheese on top of the crostini and then top with peppers.
